Our team delivered a phenomenal performance at the BJJ British Open, resulting in the 1st place Team Trophy. Ending the day with 17 gold medals, 7 silver and 13 bronze.
With competitors from white through to black belt on the mats, we had the whole team all competing and proving once again that Total BJJ is the best team in Britain.
Every single point earned was the result of countless hours of drilling, sparring, and above all, showing up for each other in training and on competition day.
